When you are ready to cash in your casino credits (i.e. exchange your casino credits for cash)
simply follow these easy steps:
- Log in to the Jackpot City casino
software and click the 'BANK' button. A banking menu will appear as an ATM interface.
- Click 'CASH-IN' and select the amount
that you wish to cash in. The following message will appear: "Confirm Cash in $XX Credits" and
you'll be given the option to click 'YES', 'NO' or 'BACK'.
- Click on 'YES' and your cash-in amount
will be confirmed by this message: "You have successfully cashed in $XX ".
- You will now be returned to the ATM
interface. Your cash-in procedure will be complete.
Please note, your cash-in request will be processed within 48 hours. Due to your bank's
processing time, please allow up to four working days for your cashed in amount to reflect on your
bank account statement.
The following documentation will be requested for ACH Cashins:
- Drivers licence (photo ID)
- Recent Utility Bill (proof of residency) - not older than 6 months
- Copy of Bank Statement
HOW TO REVERSE YOUR CASH-IN:
The jackpots are climbing, you're feeling lucky but you've just cashed in! What do you do? Don't
worry; we've got just the answer! Since you never know when you might change your mind about cashing
in, we've given you 48 hours to reverse your cash-in! How's that for convenience?
It's easy to reverse that transaction... simply:
- Log-in to the Jackpot City casino software.
- Click on the 'BANK' menu.
- Select the 'REVERSE CASH-IN OPTION' option and click the amount you would like reverse back
to your casino account.
- Click the "OK" button.
You will now notice that amount you have requested has been taken from your cashed-in balance and

If you do not want to reverse your cash-in, after this 48-hour period, your cash-in will be processed
and sent to you via a payment method of your choice. This will be administered within 24 hours,
